Smith & Sinclair

Something a little different with two exciting pop-ups for the festive season at Sanderson hotel and Bluewater, set to capture the imagination of the city and beyond. Think of an emporium of alcoholic and edible wonders, and you’re on your way their with the The Flavour Rooms. They will feature specially created products from the adult play pioneers (Hello!!!!???), including a cocktail sherbet wall, pick ‘n’ mix, edible perfumes, twisted ‘salt & pepper’ shakers and alcoholic dib dabs for shoppers to discover, take home and enjoy over the festive season. (Okay so adult play pioneers weren’t what I was thinking…. awkward…)

Finally, they are also collaborating with Sanderson for Smith & Sinclair at Purple Bar, a cocktail bar serving a variety of alcoholic concoctions to exhilarate the senses including cocktails that change in flavour and taste.

Last Days of Shoreditch

We keep going back to the Last Days Of Shoreditch, it is just that good! For those who don’t know, it has reopened its doors for the winter season, this time with a wealth of additions to take the party right through until Saturday 17th December. The mezzanine level now features a brand new restaurant area providing table service from the resident traders, plus the venue is covered and heated including glowing fire pits.

Party people can again enjoy some very delicious offerings from the likes of Rainbo, Wingmans, Mama’s Jerk, Cheese Truck and Pull and Punch fuelling party-goers until the music stops. Meanwhile, soundsystem duties will fall to Bugged Out Weekender, Eastern Electrics, Snowbombing, Love Saves The Day, Farr Festival and many more.

Oh and apparently there are seven private hire areas area available accommodating 10 to 100 guests, the whole venue can also be hired for private functions. Which is handy for those of you

Herman ze German

Finally, our sausage loving friends Herman ze German have brought us Winter Fest. Ze Basement Bar to Herman’s Fitzrovia home. Expect a winter haven perfect for the Christmas party season. It is offering a special pre-booked sharing platter menu and set to a festive soundtrack of yuletide favourites, this is one sausage fest not to be missed.Priced at just £20 per person, Herman ze German invite punters to sing Christmas classics such as “It’s beginning to look a lot like Schnitzel”, “Mistletoe and Steins” and “Once in Royal Herman’s City” as they fill themselves with more wurst than could fit in a goose. (I really don’t know what this means but it sounds great as long as there is sausage and beer)
