Last Days of Shoreditch Enchanted Garden – Preview

If these truly are the Last Days of Shoreditch, it’s taking a long time to die. Obviously, we are happy that one of our favourite Pop-ups returning yet again to the heart of East London. This time it’s back with The Enchanted Garden as its theme, and boasting yet another great summer programme of kicking street food & cocktails, art installations.

Speaking of kicking, if we ever get a summer then it will be a great place to watch the World Cup and dance the night away with a star-studded DJ line-up.

If you’ve been before, expect more summer cocktails and craft beer bars alongside street food from Smokey Tails, Cheeky Burger and Crust Bros. Last Days of Shoreditch The Enchanted Garden boast a karaoke room powered by Lucky Voice and private spaces available to hire to sing away those summer nights.

Last Days Of Shoreditch promises to give you the chance to escape the rush of urban life with The Enchanted Garden, expect a tropical beach area, swinging hammock beds, a tree-house, specially commissioned sound installations and more.

While I joked at the beginning about the Last Days Of Shoreditch taking ages to die, this temporal space remains constantly under threat from closure due to development. It’s likely lasted much longer than most expected, and I for one will be sad when it inevitably becomes yet another steel and glass building. So enjoy it as if it is really is the last when it opens its doors on 24th May.

The Enchanted Garden is open every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with a curated selection of global DJs. Expect the return of the XOYO Saturday daytime takeovers throughout July with Late Nite Tuff Guy plus others including Eli Escobar, Alexis Taylor, Dan Shake, Normay Jay & more.

Back to the food, you can enjoy vegan Neapolitan pizza from Crust Bros, and those in need of a burger fix can get one from Cheeky Burger. Finally, Seth Troxler’s Smokey Tails, will be serving up their delectable takes on American classics.
